Mrs. Klemenz received her degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego. Cathy manages the day-to-day business operations of an engineering consulting firm and handles the myriad of complex tax, benefit, and insurance matters. In addition to being a proud mom of two young adults, she has moved to the advisory board position! When not at her desk managing finances, she can still be found shuttling Fred the beloved rescue dog on the daily errands of life! She also found a satellite office/home in Fort Worth, Texas! Year round sunshine & heat!
Miss Klemenz graduated with a BA in Communications from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY in 2020. Sophia has been living in Texas since graduation. Last summer she moved to Fort Worth, TX and started working for Rival Digital (based in Chesapeake, VA). She is a Social Media Specialist for Rival Digital, a marketing agency specializing in marketing for the HVAC industry.
She also is the owner of Spit-Fire Communications & Design.When not engaged in her work life, she can be found enjoying the Texas sunshine, playing with her German Shepherd Doberman, Ferdinand, and weight lifting.

Matthew works at Pyramid Network Services in Real Estate. When he is not working, he can be found at Hercules Gym lifting weights, at Transfiguration Church, hunting, fishing and playing guitar and banjo.
Affectionately known as “Fred,” he spends his days overseeing UFPE activities and providing security for the team. Fred’s preferred activities include chasing squirrels, rabbits, and woodchucks (success rate = 0); resting; and eating.
Ferdinand affectionately known as “Ferdy”, spends his time with his mom in Fort Worth, TX. Ferdinand was adopted by Sophia from Helping Hounds. He is a 5 year old German Shepherd-Doberman. Ferdy enjoys accompanying Sophia along for her long runs and enjoys being an annoying little brother. Ferd attended obedience school for his tendency to eat dog beds, rugs and shoes. He now is a certified good boy. Dog beds, rugs and shoes eaten since obedience school=0.
