In April 2022, Mike Klemenz presented a series of fire protection-themed webinars for the New York State Society of Professional Engineers. Topics ranged from compartment fire dynamics to design of fire protection water supplies for reliability, dependability and code compliance. NYSSPE awarded continuing education credits to virtual attendees. According to Mike, “I am used to a live-audience venue where I can see if the attendees are engaged. Presenting to a computer screen was a different experience to me, but I think it went OK.” So far, nothing but positive feedback from the virtual attendees.
